UK mainland orders over £75 Inc. VAT will qualify for our Free Next Working Day delivery*. (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays do not count as next day)
Orders placed before 4pm will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
We offer 3 delivery options at the checkout:
1. Free standard delivery - 2 to 4 working day service
2. 1st class delivery (£2.50) - 1 to 2 working day service
3. Next Day Delivery (£5.95) - Next working day service*
For orders shipped by DPD courier, a tracking number will be provided via text/email and a signature will be required on delivery. If you would prefer your package to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place, simply let us know using the comments box when placing your order. Please note that if you do chose the option for your parcel to be left without a signature, we will not be responsible for your parcel if it goes missing.

TailorMade Nails has launched an exclusive timed delivery service that provides customers with a precise one hour delivery window in which their goods will arrive. The new and exciting delivery method means an end to the "sorry I missed you calls" or even having to take a full day off work to wait for a parcel that might never arrive.
You are in control of the service so if you are not at home and therefore won't be in to sign for the package, simply email back and arrange for your goods to be delivered on a more convenient date.
How it works.
On the day of delivery you receive an email or text message which announces a one hour delivery slot. If you are unavailable simply reply to the message, choose a different date and have your order re-arranged. If you are not going to be home and would like the courier to leave your parcel in a 'safe place' or with a neighbour, please use the comments box as you place your order to inform us. Please note that if you do chose the option for your parcel to be left without a signature, we will not be responsible for your parcel if it goes missing.
Need guaranteed next day delivery?
If you would like to upgrade standard delivery to our next day delivery courier service, simply choose the next day delivery option as you checkout. Please note that the cut-off time for next day delivery is 4pm.
We will ship not only to the UK but also to Europe. Once again, full shipping costs to these destinations are clearly displayed by updating your country on the shopping cart page.
We take great pride in our service and your purchase will be securely wrapped to ensure that it arrives to you in pristine condition. All orders will normally be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment. Obviously there might be odd times when this is not possible, for whatever reason. If this is the case we will contact you and keep you fully informed of the situation. We feel it is very important that our customers are kept informed about the progress of their order. You will receive emails from us during each stage of the process..

If you return it to us we will exchange it or give you a full refund, less any charges incurred during your original transaction. You must return it within 30 days, in the original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition and include a copy of your original invoice. Please use the original packaging and enclose a note giving the reason for the return and, if defective, describing the fault.
Items not returned in an as-new condition will be subject to a 10% administration charge.
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because we have made an error, we will refund the postage. Otherwise, you will be responsible for such cost.
To return an item, please send it to the address below. Please contact us before returning any item and we will advise you the correct way to return it. Some products are flammable and to comply with regulations the correct method must be used to ensure the safe return to us.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven days of delivery. To cancel your contract please return the item with a note explaining the reasons for the cancellation to the address below.
The purchase price of the item will be refunded, though not any postage costs incurred when we sent the item to you or when you returned the item to us.
