Recent Changes Made By Royal Mail Regarding Shipping Of Dangerous Goods.
Royal Mail have recently introduced strict regulations regarding the shipping of dangerous goods both in the UK and to European destinations. To comply with these regulations we no longer ship any flammable products eg. Nail Enamels/ CND Shellac via Royal Mail. All products on the Royal Mail restricted items list will now be shipped by our courier. In rare cases this may cause a delay of 1 to 2 with the delivery of your order. Unfortunately this also means we have to increase our shipping charges to certain destinations in the UK such as the Scottish Highlands. As always, full shipping charges will be shown before you complete the check-out process.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed on your shopping cart page before you check out. Free shipping is available on all UK orders over £125 (exc VAT). We use various methods of delivery including Royal Mail and our courier, DPD/Interlink Express. Orders will be shipped by the following method depending on the weight/value or contents of your order.
For orders shipped by Royal Mail Recorded or DPD Homecall delivery services, a tracking number will be provided via email and a signature will be required on delivery. If you would prefer your package to be left with a neighbour, please inform us using the comments box when placing your order. For some areas, eg. Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Wight and Northern Ireland the shipping charges vary from those above for all orders over £40.

TailorMade Nails has launched an exclusive timed delivery service that provides customers with a precise one hour delivery window in which their goods will arrive. The new and exciting delivery method means an end to the "sorry I missed you calls" or even having to take a full day off work to wait for a parcel that might never arrive.
You are in control of the service so if you are not at home and therefore won't be in to sign for the package, simply email back and arrange for your goods to be delivered on a more convenient date.
How it works.
On the day of delivery you receive an email or text message which announces a one hour delivery slot. If you are unavailable simply reply to the email, choose a different date and have your order re-arranged. If you are not going to be home and would like the courier to leave your parcel in a 'safe place' or with a neighbour, please use the comments box as you place your order to inform us.
Need guaranteed next day delivery?
If you would like to upgrade standard Royal Mail delivery to our next day delivery courier service, simply select this option during checkout. Please note that the cut-off time for next day delivery is 3pm.
We will ship not only to the UK but also to Europe. Once again, full shipping costs to these destinations are clearly displayed by updating your country on the shopping cart page.
