Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payments methods to make things as convenient as possible for our customers. Credit/Debit card payments are accepted and if you wish to pay by this method you will be passed onto Protx's secure servers to complete your payment.

We accept the following credit/debit cards:   We can also accept Paypal payments.  

We take security seriously, and to give you even more protection we have implemented Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. Using a simple security process, these services protect your card details with your own unique password when shopping online at participating sites. After you submit your card details, you may be asked to use this service by your bank; after entering your password, your identity is verified and the purchase is secure.

 We understand that some people prefer not to give their credit card details out online so we offer payment by personal cheque or postal order. Full details of where to send your payment and who to make it payable to will be given as you pass through the checkout process. Bank Transfers are also possible and once again, full Bank details will be provided as you check out.

Security

Perhaps the most important concern for anybody shopping online, especially for the first time, is security. We take this issue very seriously and you can rest assured that we have taken every precaution to ensure that any personal or financial information entered whilst shopping with us will be encrypted using the latest technology.

Transaction security

All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Encryption and Data Storage

Once on our systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

Shipping Costs and Methods.

 
All shipping costs are clearly displayed on your shopping cart page before you check out. Free shipping is available on all UK orders over £150 (exc VAT). We use various methods of delivery including Royal Mail and our courier, DPD/Interlink Express. Orders will be shipped by the following method depending on the weight/value or contents of your order.

TailorMade Nails has launched an exclusive timed delivery service that provides customers with a precise one hour delivery window in which their goods will arrive. The new and exciting delivery method means an end to the "sorry I missed you calls" or even having to take a full day off work to wait for a parcel that might never arrive.
You are in control of the service so if you are not at home and therefore won't be in to sign for the package, simply email back and arrange for your goods to be delivered on a more convenient date.

How it works.

On the day of delivery you receive an email message which announces a one hour delivery slot, if you are unavailable simply reply to the email, choose a different date and have your order re-arranged. If you are not going to be home and would like the courier to leave your parcel in a 'safe place' or with a neighbour, please use the comments box as you place your order to inform us.

We will ship not only to the UK but also to Europe. Once again, full shipping costs to these destinations are clearly displayed by updating your country on the shopping cart page.

All orders will normally be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment. Obviously there might be odd times when this is not possible, for whatever reason.
