If you return it to us we will exchange it or give you a full refund. You must return it within 14 days, in the original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition and include a copy of your original invoice. Please use the original packaging and enclose a note giving the reason for the return and, if defective, describing the fault. Items not returned in an as-new condition will be subject to a 10% administration charge.
Faulty Goods
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because we have made an error, we will refund the postage. Otherwise, you will be responsible for such cost.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven days of delivery. To cancel your contract please return the item with a note explaining the reasons for the cancellation to the address below.
The purchase price of the item will be refunded, though not any postage costs incurred when we sent the item to you or when you returned the item to us.
